Well, it's Christmas. Again! This is a time when resource use must go through the proverbial roof. Don't want to say too much or sound like a modern-day Scrooge, but are our expectations reasonable? How much more food is wasted? What do we do with all that wrapping paper?
Whatever you are doing, enjoy yourself and have a good New Year, but remember to recycle what you can and look for ways in the new year to reduce your environmental impact.
